Your data can be transfered our of the EU, mostly because the computer processing is partly subcontracted. In this case, Skolinks.com ensure that such transfer complies with the legal framework : Transfer to a country ensuring an adequate level of protection, signing contract clauses issued by the European Commission or to a service provider established in the United States, verification of its prior adherence to the Safe Harbor.
